    Troop Numbers

Corps has asked how we feel about being able to attack with more troops, and how we'd like to have it done.

The 4th option should say "Dont change the Manpower cap." oops.

Well- if we have a higher General headquarters, we have to spend Plans of buildings to level them up, and probably speed ups if we want them done within a month- sounds a bit profitable GM.
It makes since though- as we start to be able to hold more troops, we should be able to attack with more.

Higher HQ - LV20 - 25 with corresponding resources of LV20 - 25. Turn on Mercenary Fields and allow for Complete Gun Collection as in PPK. Give us the ability to fight those who turtle up; Individual UO's to 5 and increase Alliance UO's to 10.

300,000-375,000 is what you want our General headquarters to go to Aeg?(That is including leadership tech boost)
With assembly bulge, that would be, 350,000-437,500 troops per wave.
and with 10 UO waves, would be 3.5-4.3mil troops. I think it might be a bit soon for that. lmfao.
I think General HQ should go to level 20, but leave only 5 UO waves(although I wish you could invite yourself ...) that would mean 1,750,000 troops in a UO w/ 5 assmebly bugals.
Or, keep General HQ at lvl 15, but let us invite 2 more waves- that would mean 1,834,000. with assembly bugals.

Although the level 20 G HQ means about 90k troops less than 6 invites for a UO, I would prefer the level 20 G HQ- so that I could hit more targets on my own.

I agree.. yet I would see individual UO's as an option as well as the current UO Alliance option. Hey, the defending player can always truce or port, but in order to have real activity, we need to fight. Players would no longer be so willing to turtle up if the basic strategy of the game resorts to attack. Give me the ability to hit with my troops, leading my hard work on the field of battle.

This is the point that confuses me over the reduction comments; many of us have spend untold time, money and energy here in WAR2, why would anyone want to reverse all for the viewpoints of a few?

I think a small increase to the manpower cap, removing the food fields and capping cities would be good.
